How long does it take for orders to ship?
-We try to process orders within 1-3 days

Why is shipping so much?
-We ship all of our orders by USPS priority mail. This allows us to track shipping to ensure it gets to you safely and within 2-3 days. Some of our items may also be a bit heavy due to the contents in the containers.

Do you ship to other countries?
-As of right now we only ship within the United States. We will make an announcement as we add more countries.

Do you ship to APO’s?
-Of course we do! We can’t leave out our service men and women and their families. With that being said, we can only track shipments so far, as once it reaches a certain place USPS can no longer track the package. Spellbound Body Essences will not be held accountable for packages not delivered, so we will not be able to issue a refund or reprocess the order for missing packages.

Why buy handcrafted?
-As an artisan soap maker, we control the ingredients we put into our products. Most commercial products are full of chemicals and additives that dry out your skin and may lead to irritation. A lot of commercial companies remove the glycerin from their soaps, which is a humectant and attracts moisture to the skin.

What’s the difference between an essential oil and fragrance oil?
-Essential oils are extracted from things in nature such as plants. Not all plants can be made into essential oils. Essential oils are used in aromatherapy practices and may help remedy certain things and promote relaxation. Fragrance oils are synthetic and do not have any healing properties. Some fragrances can be made with essential oils to form a blend. Fragrance oils are awesome when you want perfume, bakery or fruity scents. I mean who doesn’t love coconut and almond scented stuff. Sorry I’m biased, those are my two favorites.

Can I return or exchange my items?
-Do to the personal nature of these products, we cannot return or exchange items for hygiene purposes. We do want you to be happy, so if you have any issues or questions, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.

What happens if my items are damaged?
-If your products are damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately by email and attached a picture of your shipment. Please note that bath bombs may crack or break during shipping. This does not affect the use of this product and therefore will not be replaced.

Do you do wholesale/custom orders?
-Yes we do! Please contact us to let us know what you are looking for and we will be happy to help you. Please note items do have minimum order requirements.

Do you offer any discounts or specials?
-We do offer a 15% Military Discount. Other discounts and promotions are offered through the year. Check our Facebook page and Instagram for the latest information and products.

I have sensitive skin? Can I use these products?
- If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please contact us before placing an order. Though our ingredients are listed with each product description, some clients have trouble reading their INCI name required by the government. We can try to help to find a product suitable for your needs.
